Meli range) with 13 peaks. Among them the highest Kawa Karpo (6,740M) is conceived as the male protector deity and Men Tsumo (6,055m) as the female consort. The range is an important focal point for pilgrimage from all over Kham, Tibet, and most recently one of the most popular treks.
