Day 01: Arrival of Chengdu, visiting, hotel

Day 02: Chengdu - Kangding, Kangding love song's hotel
visit Jingangsi monastery

Day 03: Kangding - Luhuo, Kasa hotel
Visit Tagong monastery and you will see amazing Tibetan houses on the way

Day 04: Luhuo - Gantse
Visit Luhuo monastery

Day 05: Gantse - Manigangou - Yulung Latso 4100m (camp near Xinluhai)
Visit Dajin monastery on the way and vist Yulung Latso apun arrival of Yulung Latso

Day 06: Yulung Latso - Dzentso 4h, camp 4300m
Trek an hour along the river by the highway, then turn off to south and cross a bridge to Dzenlung valley, 3hs more to Dzentso.

Day 07: Dsentso - Tingchu (4250m)
Trek 30 minutes to the first pass and then continue along the Dsenchu river, 2hs reach Dsenla pass(5000m), 2hs more trek to Tingchu river, camp near the river on a fine grassland

Day 08: Tingchu - Horlungta (3980m)
Trek along the Tingchu river whole day.
about 2.5h you can reach Tsawachu(hot spring), you can take a bath there, at least wash your feet.

Day 09: HorLungta - Horpo - Dzongsa(3600m)
Continue trek along Tingchu river, then trek up and you wil pass to passes, Redak and Jungang, then you will cross a forest,
drive 10Km away from Horpo to Dzongsa for the monastery visiting.

Day 10: Deger, visiting Barkang(printing house)

Day 11: Drive to Gantse
Visit Gantse monastery in the afternoon, you can have the chance to enjoy the monk's life

Day 12: Gantse - Kangding

Day 13: Chengdu, end service
