3. - 4. Day Xiahe- Labrang Monastery

Bus to Xihe 2900 m, is a typical Tibeten town and mostly Tibetan inhabiting here. Labrang monastery just located 3 Km away from the downtown, which is Gelupa Sect and bult in 1710.

5. - 6. DayTongren - Xining
Tongren lies in Amdo of Tibet.Rongpo-Gonchen-monastery is a Sakya-Traditon. Xining 2200 m is the capital of Qinghai Province.

7. Day Xining - monastery Kumbum

30 km to Kumbum-Jampaling-monastery, where is he birthplace of Tsongkhapa, who was the great founder of Gelupa.

8. Day Kumbem - Kokonor-Sea

bus to Kokonor Sea or named Lake kokonor meaning blue sea, passing by sun and moon mountain 3560m.

leaving Qinghai to Province Sichuan. visiting Dzogchen monastery, a Nyingmapa-order in Kham.The monastery is a Sutra printing monastery.
